FiTech Support ("we", "us") is a design and development studio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit fitechsupport.pro or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email faisal@fitechsupport.pro.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: when you use the "Start your project" form, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), business or project name, current website (if provided), project details and preferred start date. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically: to protect the form from spam and abuse, we process your IP address in a scrambled (hashed) form and record when requests are sent. We never store your IP address in readable form. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as browser type and pages requested) for security and performance. We do not use analytics or tracking pixels on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis (for visitors in the UK, EU and similar regions)
We process your information because you asked us to (taking steps before entering a contract), for our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, and where required by law.
4. Cookies
We only use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for the website to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for those services:
- Lovable (including Lovable Cloud): website hosting, the database that stores project requests, and delivery of the notification email we receive when you send the form.
- Cloudflare: domain name (DNS) services for fitechsupport.pro.
- Google Fonts: the website's typefaces are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
- Hostinger: our business email inbox, where your emails and request notifications are received.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. International transfers
FiTech Support is based in Nigeria and works with clients worldwide. Our service providers may store or process information in other countries. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep information
- Project requests and related emails: for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. If you don't become a client, we delete enquiries within 24 months.
- Spam-prevention records: the scrambled IP address and the time of your request are stored with your project request and are only used to enforce the limit of three requests per hour. They are deleted when the request itself is deleted.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy of it. To make a request, email faisal@fitechsupport.pro. We will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission).
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Links to other sites
Our website links to other sites, such as WhatsApp and X. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
